The 12th World Youth Go Championship is being played in the European Go Centre in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The tournament features 20 youth players from 14 countries. The players are divided into two groups, a Junior Group and a Senior Group.
The players will compete in five preliminary rounds concluded by a semi-final and final to decide the World Champion in both categories.
