Ishida Akira, Born May 23, 1949 in Tokyo, Japan.
Winner of Oteai top section in 1972. Winner of 3rd and 4th
Shinjin-O Titles in 1978 & 1979. Winner of 6th Kisei Tournament 8
dan section, and 12th Shinei Tournament, in 1981. For six terms,
starting with the 8th Meijin League in 1982, was participant of
league. Awarded KIDO "Technical Merit Prize" three times. 1993
record: 15 wins, 12 losses.
Lives in Tokyo, Japan.
