The User Perspective

The advantage for users to be able to submit their Go games is that the games will be accessible from anywhere, the games can be shared with for example friends but also a Go club, an association or for a certain Go event.

Once the user has stored his or her games in the repository he or she can access all GoBase facilities which are currently applicable to the professional collection only. Opening searches, overviews, biographies to mention a few.

Based on the supplied information meta information can be extracted as well such as [space] statistics and (maybe even more interesting) [space] the user's profile.

Let me give some examples of the latter.
