Ing Changqi is the famous millionaire who invented the unique go rules - Ing rules and funded the most expensive international go tournament - Ing cup (the champion gets 400,000 dollar). The Changqi cup tournament is named by the similar pronunciation of his first name - Changqi, and started in 2004.
