Introduction

The Asian TV Cup is a three country lightning Go event. The countries China, Korea and Japan participate with at least two players each. The winner of the previous year joins in the second round of this knockout event and thus immediately plays one of the semi-finals. Thinking time is 10 minutes with 30 seconds byo-yomi.
