Korea 07-20 World Team Championships

The Korea Amateur Baduk Association will organize a new event: the International Baduk Team Championship. From all over the world 16 teams consisting of 3 players each will be invited to come to Korea to play the championship on 25-27 October 2005 in Seoul, Korea. From Europe The Netherlands, Germany and Russia will be invited, from America the USA and Argentine. We will keep you up to date. more

For the third time in four years the Fujitsu Cup is taken home by Lee SeDol. In the 18th edition of this international event we see an interesting final against countryman Choi CheolHan, leading to a close finish. Yoo ChangHyuk takes third place by winning on points against countryman Song TaeKon. more

In the 18th Fujitsu Cup Lee SeDol and Choi CheolHan, both from Korea go through to the final while Song TaeKon and Yoo ChangHyuk (also both from Korea) will play for the 3rd place. The finals will be played on the 4th of July. more
